LEARNING

Providing your people with learning opportunities is a key enabler when re-shaping a culture, delivering a new business strategy or increasing levels of engagement.

If we identify that a learning solution is required we will work with you to create and deliver interactive workshops. They will be relevant, engaging, tailored to your specific needs and provide your people with the skills they need to be successful.

Impact of Learning

Here are some examples of when learning helps to drive success:

  • Developing and supporting your leaders to lead by example when it comes to your values and culture

  • Equipping your employees to deliver a new/updated business strategy by introducing new skills and behaviours

  • Developing your managers to lead by example by acting in line with your values and culture in everything they say and do

  • Developing your managers to understand the key role they play in driving  employee engagement and providing them with the skills they need to have a positive impact

  • Equipping your managers to lead and support their teams during times of change

When it comes to the development of any learning workshops you can be assured that we will work alongside you by living our values of:

CONNECTION

Building trusted and open relationships so that your people are open, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

 COLLABORATION

Working with all key stakeholders to ensure that we develop the right learning solution for your particular circumstances.

 COMPASSION

Especially in times of growth and change, we work with compassion for you, for your people and for your family business heritage.

 ADDING VALUE

We will never undertake a project if we don’t feel we can add real tangible value to your business.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • In almost all cases, all client facing work is undertaken by me personally. The only exception to that could be very specific learning workshops which I may decide are better delivered by one of my colleagues.

  • That’s absolutely fine. I don’t want you to commit to anything until you are sure either. All projects begin with a no-obligation exploratory first meeting when we can get to know one another a bit better, explore your needs and decide whether we want to take it further.

  • Once we have fully explored your needs and we are both clear on what you want to achieve from any project we might work on together, you will receive a detailed proposal with full cost details. You can then decide whether you want to proceed or not and then we will enter into a formal agreement.

  • That’s absolutely fine. Some of my longest client relationships have started with a short initial audit of their current culture/values/situation etc. We can then decide from there whether we both think there is value in moving forward to a larger project.

  • Mainly yes. I have always been drawn to family businesses after I experienced personally first hand the difference that a strong family business culture can make to both the individuals working within the business and the external customer experience.
