Hi I’m Beverley Mitchell,

I have over 30 years’ experience working with CEOs, MDs and leadership teams both in the UK and around the world. My passion is for working with family businesses as they each have a unique set of values and culture which are distinctly their own and I have experienced first had what a massive difference that can make to the success of the business. Here at Beverley Mitchell Consulting we work alongside family businesses to support their leaders to achieve maximum impact and to leverage the values and culture as a driver of motivation, staff retention and productivity.

My expertise is in the areas of company culture, employee engagement, coaching, organisational effectiveness and learning. I also have a wealth of experience delivering sales and profit growth, leading teams, and working alongside leaders at the highest level. Therefore, I know what it’s like to be a business leader needing to drive sales and profit whilst keeping your team engaged and motivated and living by your company values.
